📦 Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to review all product descriptions and sizes before purchasing.

2. No Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if:

  • Your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier.

  • You received the wrong item.

3. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging

  • The damaged product

  • Your shipping label

We will review the case and may offer a partial refund or store credit, at our discretion.

4. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

In such cases, please contact the carrier directly.
