Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each decant is freshly prepared with care to ensure quality and hygiene.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping to P.O. Boxes is allowed.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on location and USPS delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
6. Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS directly. If your package is lost in transit and not marked delivered, reach out to us at tiendadefrancisco@gmail.com.
7. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package, product, and shipping label. We will assess the case and may offer a partial refund or store credit.
